Long Responds to Supreme Court's Stay of Clean Power Plan

Congressman Billy Long (MO-07) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court issued a stay of the administration's Clean Power Plan:

"This is a major blow to the administration's dangerous regulatory agenda,"said Rep. Long. "The court's stay verifies the work we've been doing in Congress to protect our energy providers and their customers from the EPA's unbridled encroachment. I have had serious questions about the Clean Power Plan's shaky legal standing for months, and am pleased that the Supreme Court is showing sincerity in finding the answers to them."
